Sweet Earth Flower Farm is operated by Meredith McKissick, who offers a diverse array of gorgeous flowers for market bouquets and events throughout the tailgate season. Sweet Earth was established in 2004. Over the years , in the diversitySweet Earth has expanded in the quantity and quality of flowers provided, and has become a trusted local source for organic and naturally grown cut flowers for individuals, weddings, and other special events.
Sweet Earth offers a flower CSA for those who want fresh. beautiful cut flowers every week. Members who are also taking part in Foothills' vegetable CSA are eligible for discounts on their flower share for up to 10%! Click here for more information.
Meredith believes that flowers are an extremely important part of any sustainable ecosystem, and chooses to grow them not only as a profession, but also to attract native and beneficial insects that will support natural cycles and systems on our farm. Meredith has a deep respect for flowers and their importance within nature, and believes that flowers are important for reminding people of nature's complexity and beauty.
