Bok Choy, Braising Mix, Chard, Cantaloupe, Cippolline, Collard Greens, Cabbage, Celery, Carrots, Dill, Edamame, Eggplant, Fennel, Garlic, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Melons, Mizuna, Okra, Onion, Oregano, Parsley, Peas (snow, sugar snap, and shelling), Peppers (sweet and hot), Potatoes (fingerlings, russets, and more!), Radish, Shallot, Salad Mix, Summer Squash,Tomatoes, Tomatillos, Tatsoi, Thyme, Watermelon, Yukina Savoy, Zucchini, and more!
PASTURE RAISED, HORMONE & ANTIBIOTIC FREE MEATS
All Foothills Pastured Meats are grown by member farmers who adhere to strict production standards, including no added hormones or antibiotics and no artificial feedstuffs or ingredients. Our meats are processed at a local, family owned butcher shop in Rutherford County under USDA inspection. Our animals are raised their entire lives outdoors on pasture utilizing rotational grazing systems that benefits the animal, the land and the consumer! Our beef and pork is proudly raised on forage (grass) and free choice grains, including certified Organic corn and certified Organic barley that comes in the form of spent brewer's grains for nearby Pisagh Brewery. This wholesome combination creates the great farm-rasied flavor you expect from your meats
